My first postcard game, a solo title dedicated to the battle of Monte San Gabriele on September 4, 1917, is now available in PDF format in English is available here.
I was interested in understanding how far a game could be “miniaturized” while still trying to create something interesting a title where the player had to make decisions, not just roll dice and hope for good luck. I don’t know if I succeeded in this challenge, I’ll leave that up to you to decide, but I can say that I have reached my all-time low in terms of space: the game fits on an A5 postcard, with one page for rules and historical micro-notes and the other dedicated to maps and tables. To play, you only need a handful of dice, so there are no counters to prepare.
Here below you can see a preview of the game (professional print of the Italian version).

The PDF is designed for printing on A5 sheet, but you should be able to adapt the print to A4 or Letter paper without any loss of quality.
Historical notes (from the game): On September 4, 1917, Italian Arditi led a night attack against strong Austro-Hungarian positions on Mount San Gabriele. Their lightning action, based on infiltration tactics and assaults with daggers and hand grenades, was decisive in the subsequent crucial conquest of the summit. Without support from the bulk of the troops, they were forced to retreat, but their daring action demonstrated the effectiveness of assault troops.
