Welcome to our international guests!

Dear Guests from all over the World, Welcome to my blog!

The objective of this small site is to document the tools and resources available to the study of Chinese for those that, like me, are trying to approach this great language as autodidact. I hope you'll find something useful for your study, but feel free to send me your comments, suggestions and critics to my email address zak965@libero.it

This website is currently 98% in Italian but I'm planning to translate the most useful pages in English: I've created one landing page (visible in the menu here above) that will work as an index of the content already translated.

Very first page available: Chinese wrting worksheets. I've created several (original) free worksheets to help the study of the chinese characters: you can find them on this dedicated page. Here below one example:

Thanks for your visit!

Chinese Characters Worksheets / Grids

In this page you'll find all the grids (worksheets) I've created to the study of the chinese characters: several worksheets (and generators) are freely available on the Web, but still I believe that my proposals can be useful since are fully ad-free and include several original layouts. And if you have any specfic request feel free to send to me an email.

Worksheet 01: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/griglia01.pdf
The worksheet containts a sequence of empty square grids.

Worksheet 02: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/griglia02-label.pdf
This second worksheet include a blank area after the first grid to insert the name of the character, pinyin or any other note.

Worksheet 03: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/griglia04-label2.pdf
Similar to the previsous one, with the blank area after the first two grids (to study words composed of two characters)

Worksheet 04: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/griglia05-box-six.pdf

Worksheet 05: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/griglia06-single-box-six.pdf
This worksheet has a single big box on the left. This is one of the worksheets I use the most: I add on the box pinyin, transation, grammar notes and then i work on the characters on the right side, using one or more rows when needed.

Worksheet 06: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/griglia-con-carattere-singolo-grande.pdf
A worksheet with a single "large" box, followed by a series of boxes of standard dize. Each page contains two separated sections with a large box followed by the standard ones.

Worksheet 07: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/griglia-con-due-caratteri-grandi.pdf
This worksheet is a variation of #6 and includes two "large" boxes, followed by standard boxes. Also in this case each page include two sections (Large+Standard).

Worksheet 08: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/griglia-carattere-con-pinyin.pdf
This worksheet inlcude on top to each "classical" box a rectangle to add pinyin. Each row includes 12 characters: on the page header there's an area to include the description/comments/notes on the worksheet (date, objectives, content).

This is an example of use of the above workseet:

Worksheet 09: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/griglia03-big.pdf
A worksheet with 8 "large" boxes per row: this page is to help the studies of the calligraphy more than the simple sequence of traits.

Worksheet 10: http://zak965.it/cinese/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/schema-studio-due-frasi.pdf

A worksheet to study a specific phrase: the first row include the space for the pinyin and the optional translation, followed by seven rows of standard boxes. Each page include two sections:

Worksheet 11: Tian Zi Ge

Worksheet to improve the quality of the written characters: the focus here is on the ability to realize clear and sharp traits.
